Spay and Neuter Surgery
Spay and Neuter surgery is an effective and affordable solution for unnecessary illness and disease. Also known as 'Castration', this surgery can be performed on cats, dogs, ferrets, rabbits, and other small animals. The benifits of this surgical procedure are:
Controls unwanted dog and cat population:
Did you know that only a tiny number of the kittens and puppies born everyday will receive proper healthcare, training and a permanent home? A majority of cats and dogs will end up in shelters and on the street, and will be euthanized because of negligence and the ignorance of the owner. By spaying and neutering your pet, you are helping yet another unfortunate animal from being abused.
Prevents bad behaviour:
A majority of unnutered cats and dogs are very hard to train and will most likely develop aggression later on in life. An aggressive dog or cat, is more likely to be euthanized because it has bitten or the owner fears it is dangerous in their household. These pets are also more likely to pee and poop inside your home.
Prevents cancer and uterine infections: Spaying a female cat and dog prevents life-threatening infections and mammary tumors (cancer). Neutering a cat and dog will help prevent prostate problems and testicular cancer later on in life.
